Cook Alongside 30 Renowned Chefs at New York Culinary Experience

NEW YORK, NY - For those that enjoyed seeing Dan Kluger, Emily Luchetti, George Mendes, Seamus Mullen and Zak Pelaccio at South Beach Wine and Food Festival, passionate food lovers can cook side-by-side with these chefs and others at the fourth annual "New York Culinary Experience" on April 28 and 29th at The International Culinary Center in New York City.

It is the only culinary event of its kind that gives event-goers the chance to enjoy an intimate weekend of hands-on master cooking classes, cooking and conversation with more than 30 of the most prominent chefs in the country.

This year's participating chefs include Anita Lo of Annisa; Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern; Dan Barber of Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns; Dan Kluger of ABC Kitchen; David Bouley of Bouley and Brushstroke; Floyd Cardoz of North End Grill, and winner of Top Chef Masters; Francois Payard of Francois Payard Bakery; Jean-Georges Vongerichten of Perry St., Mercer Kitchen, Spice Market; Mark Ladner of Del Posto; Michael Lomonaco of Porter House New York; Michael Psilakis of Anthos; Michel Nischan of The Dressing Room; Missy Robbins of A Voce; and Shaun Hergatt of SHO Shaun Hergatt; The event historically sells out each year. A limited number of tickets for this year's hands-on weekend are still available. The cost for the weekend is $1,395 per ticket and includes all classes, breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail/wine reception each day.

Guest will get to roll up their sleeves in The International Culinary Center's state-of-the-art kitchens learning Egg Techniques from Shaun Hergatt; making A Voce-style pasta sauces with �Missy Robins; baking Restaurant-Style Desserts with Emily Luchetti; roasting lamb with Michael Lomonaco; getting Tuscan-style seafood tips from Cesare Casella; creating ABC Kitchen recipes with Dan Kluger; unlocking Michel Nischan's secrets to making delicious healthy, sustainable, and local dishes; working with Francois Payard and his favorite chocolate recipes; �braising veal with Mark Ladner; �stewing with Georges Mendes; �uncovering everything you need to know about oysters with Rebecca Charles; �making paella with Seamus Mullen; and exploring the savory side of desserts with Angela Pinkerton.

Additionally, this year's event will feature an auction package for� a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the French region of Provence. The winner will receive a three-night stay and dinner for two at the Michelin-rated Maison Bru in Eygali�res, France, complete with a� cooking lesson from esteemed chef/owner and MasterChef Belgium Television Personality Wout Bru, along with a signed copy of his� latest cookbook.

The package also includes a private tour of Chateau d'Estoublon in Alpilles, which features its own olive grove and vineyard. A portion of the proceeds from the event will support The Future Chefs Scholarship, a program at The International Culinary Center established to provide scholarships for students who wish to pursue their dream of attending culinary school.
