Comedian Whoopi Goldberg has announced she will join the long list of celebrity entrepreneurs by founding her own line of marijuana products specifically made for relieving painful period cramps. Yes, you read that right. Pot for your puss.

CNET.com reports that Goldberg and her partner, cannabis entrepreneur Maya Elisabeth, aim to get women through those heavy flow days with their top-shelf, medical-grade marijuana.

"This was all inspired by my own experience from a lifetime of difficult periods and the fact that cannabis was literally the only thing that gave me relief," Goldberg said in a statement. "Every month women experience pain and discomfort associated with their period. Cannabis is a wonderful remedy, and ... can provide the type of relief many women need."

The company, to be called Whoopi & Maya, will release a complete line of pain-relief products, from bath soak to chocolate to skin cream. Whoopi & Maya's Medical Cannabis Bath Soak comes in three different fragrances and "promotes a state of deep relaxation and offers relief from the aches, pains and cramping associated with the menstrual cycle."

Savor, a Superfood-style jar of cacao is coupled with cannabis and promises to help women deal with inflammation, irritability, and joint and uterine pain, according to the site. They also have a skin cream Rub and a tincture line called Relax.

Only four licensed medical marijuana dispensaries will carry Whoopi & Maya when it goes on sale next month; however, the company says its products should be widely available throughout the state sometime this year.

Although Goldberg has written about her love of weed in a 2014 column about her e-cigarette called "My Vape Pen and I, a Love Story," the line won't feature any actual buds.

"For me, I feel like if you don't want to get high high, this is a product specifically just to get rid of discomfort," she told Vanity Fair. "Smoking a joint is fine, but most people can't smoke a joint and go to work."

As she told Vanity Fair, "This, you can put it in your purse," Goldberg continues. "You can put the rub on your lower stomach and lower back at work, and then when you get home you can get in the tub for a soak or make tea, and it allows you to continue to work throughout the day."
