Jim Bakker Claims a Hillary Win Could Mean the End of Christmas
READ TIME: 1 MIN.
According to Jim Bakker, Christmas may be cancelled.
"We're in final days," said televangelist and former jailbird Bakker to followers on Monday during a broadcast in which he stirred up fear about voter fraud.
"Depending on the election," Bakker said."This could be the last Christmas that we really can celebrate Jesus and say 'Jesus' anymore. Because the way things are going, everything that is godly has been removed from this country."
Bakker then went on to lament the possibility of a liberal-leaning Supreme Court.
"If my candidate that I have chosen does not win, the end is nearer than you think because we're in the final days," he said.
Last week, Bakker led a prayer to elect Donald Trump president.
"Those who are against God don't want to let go of this power and they are ready to do damage to this nation," Bakker said in a prayer recording. Bakker then went on to warn of a continuation of President Obama's "reign that he has had freely to change the rules of America, to change even the Bible's standards, that has changed our standard of marriage, changed everything, banned prayer from school, banned the Bible from school."
